Kevin Reardon, Franco's Fine Clothier

“This is the single most important part of my membership.”

Kevin Reardon, President of Franco’s Fine Clothier, actively engages in our roundtable discussions as a valued Premium member. He’s been able to take concrete steps back to his business, such as implementing a fresh hiring process that attracted talented candidates for his sales team. Every time he attends, he walks away with not only valuable insights to advance his business but also meaningful connections with other local business owners.

“There’s a place for me now”

Jolinda, a well-connected member of the RVA community, was familiar with the association as Retail Merchants. However, she didn’t think it aligned with her business as a retail-focused organization. With the rebranding to InUnison and the revamped membership model to serve all local businesses, she’s found a new home for her creative agency. As an active member, she never misses an opportunity to connect with other local businesses and has taken advantage of many of the membership perks!
