As a participating RMA member, you can upload your product offerings with images, descriptions and shipping information anytime and as often as you like. Retailers have the ability to offer an unlimited quantity of different items. It is suggested that members start off with 5 or 10 products, and accelerate the quantity of offerings at a comfortable rate. A computer with Internet access and a scanner are available for member use at the Association offices at no cost. You receive a user name and password to log on and update your storefront. This online shopping opportunity will allow you to offer products to your customers and change them at any time.

Members can sell selected products on line, offer sale prices with regular price comparisons, offer promotions and quote shipping costs. Richmond.com will provide credit card information via a secured e-mail to the retailer when shoppers check out. Upon receipt of this e-mail, retailers will enter the transaction as usual and schedule delivery via the preferred method selected by the customer.

Association members pay $99 per month for this service. RMA Members also receive a 10% discount on any website development projects done by Richmond.com.
