(at a stationary conference table)

The Retail Merchants Association offers meeting rooms at no cost to Retail Merchants Association members. Guidelines for use of the Meeting Facilities are:

  1. Meeting rooms are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.* to 4:30 p.m.

    Rooms available:

    • Henrico Room, 2nd floor, capacity up to 50, classroom setting chairs only
    • Richmond Room, 1st floor, capacity up to 24, tables and chairs
    • Chesterfield Room, 1st floor, capacity up to 14, table and chairs
  2. Room reservations are confirmed with George Peyton or Len East at 804-662-5500. 48 hour or greater advance notice is appreciated. All food and beverage needs are the members’ responsibility. RMA can provide a list of member caterers who may be used at the members’ expense. $50 fee for next scheduled  meeting if reservation is not canceled within 24 hours.
  3. RMA appreciates members placing all trash in the receptacles provided in each room.
  4. RMA appreciates members keeping the meeting room set, if room is rearranged; please place the room back as you found it. Diagrams for room placement are posted in each meeting room.
  5. Wireless Internet (WiFi) is available in most meeting rooms for online presentations.
  6. Smoking is permitted only at the loading dock located at the east entrance. Containers are provided for cigarette waste.
  7. All audio visual equipment is the responsibility of the member.
  8. Meeting facilities are for the use of Retail Merchants Association and its members. Meeting facilities cannot be scheduled on a regular basis (i.e., weekly or monthly).
