David Nagle's Workplace Law Course, Social Media Jumpstart Course, Free Training Assessment Class & More
What You Need to Know About Workplace Law
David Nagle—a managing partner of Jackson Lewis LLP in Richmond—will be hosting a 2-part course which will update and clarify you on employment law. This course will cover The Fair Labor Standards Act: hours worked, overtime compensation, and exemptions where you don’t want to be wrong! The course will also cover legal considerations relating to social media in the workplace such as Facebook firings and “lawsuit” in 140 characters. Nagle will cover the NLRA poster which will be required as of April 30, 2012!
This course will be held on April 17 & 24 from 8:30–10:30 a.m.
